Thank you for submitting your application to be a reading coach with Highline Team Read during the 2026-27 school year! Team Read programming in Highline for the 2026-27 school year is pending until we receive approval from the district. We are accepting applications and will confirm which elementary schools we are operating in and other program details when available.

So, what’s next? Your application will now go through 4 steps before you can be hired:

1. Your application must be approved

2. You will need to follow the hiring process and complete the online and/or physical forms by the indicated deadline. Team Read will email you the appropriate forms.

3. You must successfully attend coach training. Training invitations will go out to selected applicants late-September to October.

4. You will be notified of your placement and hire status after attending a required training.
