Program Director

Team Read seeks an experienced and high-energy Program Director who shares our commitment to education, youth development, and racial equity. The Program Director leads the delivery, iteration, and expansion of Team Read’s literacy work, working closely with school and district partners as a key player on Team Read’s leadership team. This person devises strategies to support programming across all districts while upholding Team Read’s quality standards through fidelity to our dual-impact model. .
